With signed plans and a construction agreement in place, your home officially moves into the build phase. If financing is required, we're happy to coordinate with Pathfinder Bank or a lender of your choice. From here, every step is carefully managed by our experienced team.

We use Buildertrend, a modern construction management platform that allows you to view photos at every stage of construction, approve design decisions, track schedules and budgets, and manage every detail from a single source of truth—reducing stress, saving time, and minimizing back-and-forth communication.
